The Bishop William G. Connare Center is available for functions that conform to general criteria governing its use. Uses include religious retreats, seminars and programs, as well as social and educational functions of philanthropic, non-profit, civic and state organizations.
As a church institution, religious functions must be consistent with broadly accepted tenets of Christianity, and all functions must be for purposes that do not overtly conflict with church teachings. In a spirit of mutual respect, groups must also demonstrate proper regard for church principles and civil law.
New groups that desire to use The Bishop Connare Center shall submit a letter or official brochure which sets forth the nature and history of the organization, and the purpose of the proposed function.
The Bishop Connare Center reserves the right to decline any request that it determines to be inappropriate to the mission and operating policies of the facility.
